    "description": "<p>BCS is looking for preschool aftercare personnel who are enthusiastic, creative, adaptable, dependable, and possess an excellent work ethic.  Individuals will supervise students during aftercare, providing a fun and safe environment for them. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and instill positive behavior management techniques. Hours will be from 2:30p.m. through 5:30p.m. with flexibility to work until 6:00p.m. if needed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>There will be a 45-hour DCF course that will need to be completed within the first 90 days of employment. Also, CPR and first aid certification are a plus.</p>\n<p>This individual will report to the Preschool Aftercare Supervisor and the Preschool Director. The following are expectations for the aftercare position:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- At all times supervise students under your care.</p>\n<p>- Maintain safety for the students and staff at all times.</p>\n<p>- Use appropriate strategies to assist children with inappropriate behavior.</p>\n<p>- When accidents/injuries occur, complete an accident/incident report.</p>\n<p>- Any other duties assigned by the Aftercare Supervisor or BCS Administration.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>*Grace Fellowship/Berean Christian School employs people solely </span><span>on the basis of</span><span> applicable skills and </span><span>experience, and</span><span> does not exclude applicants from the hiring process based on race, color, ethnic origin, or disability.
