Conduct school histories with parents/guardians. Complete social service assessments.</p><p><strong>Applicants must be available&nbsp;June 29- August 14 &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Aptos&quot;,sans-serif;\"><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Include:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Participate in the development of treatment plans and identify appropriate short and long-term social service goals for clients.</li><li>Participate in developing and carrying out behavior management programs as indicated.</li><li>Provide play therapy/counseling services to students with IEPs.</li><li>Provide social work assessment, counseling and referral.</li><li>Update the master treatment plan based on the changes to the master problem list and social work treatment plans.</li><li>Assist client, family and team with short term planning.</li><li>Participate and provide recommendations in all relevant interdisciplinary team conferences.</li><li>Educate team members about specific psychosocial issues that may be impacting on client's treatment plan.</li><li>Establish rapport with families and caregiver support systems with client consent and facilitate family meetings as needed.</li><li>Support/educate clients to relevant social, economic and mental health concerns.</li><li>Facilitate appropriate educational and parent groups and assist classroom staff/administration with family meetings.</li><li>Carry on a positive working relationship with both inter- and intra-Agency sources.</li><li>Maintain documentation as defined in Agency's Policy Manual and as required by funding sources, including quarterly progress summaries, IEPs and annual reviews.</li></ul><p><strong>You're a great fit for this role if you have:</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling.</li><li>Two (2) years experience providing counseling to families and play therapy with young children.</li><li><p>Possess ability to function as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team.</p><p><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:6.75pt;\"><strong>Compensation: </strong>$25-32.00/hr.</p><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:6.75pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:6.75pt;\"><span style=\"color:black;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;\"><strong>Who We Are</strong></span></span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\">Camp Colonie is a unique, outdoor summer school and recreational program for for children and young adults 5-21 years of age.
