    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Investment Planning Management (IPM) group, AAP-200, and the Joint Resource Council (JRC) Executive Secretariat. This position will provide support managing programs in the Acquisition Management System (AMS) process seeking investment decisions. This position will also support the Acquisition Oversight Branch, AAP-410, conducts Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) of the programs and reports back to the JRC.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform an independent analysis of various FAA investment programs from a program management perspective.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform day to day activities in support of the JRC Executive Secretariat and FAA Acquisition Executive (FAE).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Plan logistics and develop meeting materials for working groups, meetings, and conferences as required for outreach to the JRC Readiness Process Stakeholders on behalf of the JRC Executive Secretariat.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with a broad team of process stakeholders with a diverse set of skills in the National Airspace System (NAS) and Mission Support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate activities with stakeholders and team members and prepare presentations with technical and program management contents for program status reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support and track the work of investment programs and report status periodically.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and participate in meetings in support of the FAA customer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform Enterprise Architecture impact assessments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Process performance data collection and evaluations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review, research, and analyze NAS Change Proposals submitted to IPM Division for disposition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the Post-Implementation Review (PIR) Quality Officer developing monthly PIR Council reports and PIR Data Readiness Assessment report.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform technical reviews of PIR documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in PIR benefits analysis as Benefits Specialist PIR team member.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in PIR financial analysis as Financial Analyst PIR team member.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Engineering, computer science, operations research, mathematics, or physics degree.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">10 years of relevant experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable making presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Federal Government systems engineering experience, specifically related to large systems acquisition within the FAA.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with FAA NAS or Mission Support systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with the FAA Acquisition Management System artifacts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with FAA Enterprise Architecture artifacts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience conducting or participating in PIRs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Extensive and detailed knowledge of FAA NAS systems, investment analysis, solution development &amp; implementation, and engineering practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working knowledge of MS SharePoint and Power Apps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Detail oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team member.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiences</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High level of proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SharePoint and other MS Office Products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency with Google Workspace.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
