    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p>OneEighty, a private, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavior health services in and around Holmes and Wayne Counties is seeking to hire a <strong>part-time Client Technology Coach</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>to provide education to clients who have self-identified as desiring peer supports, with an emphasis on incorporating technology into the recovery process.</p><p><strong>Essential Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Assist peers in registering for and understanding how to use online tools as part of the recovery process, such as: email, recovery apps, messaging apps, attending virtual meetings via Zoom and other similar apps/programs as well as utilizing online support communities.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and consult with Peer Recovery team members to keep team informed of issues and progress&nbsp;</li><li>Attends all staff meeting and trainings as required.</li><li>Any other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;<strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Knowledge of working on multiple platforms such as: Windows 10, Android phones and tablets, iPhones and iPads.</li><li>Thorough understanding of a good range of computer and software programs; strong proficiency in the following: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Teams; Zoom, etc.</li><li>May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be in recovery and have at least two years of continuous sobriety.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty&rsquo;s vehicle insurance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to patiently explain technical materials to less technically proficient users.</li><li>Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards.</li><li>Must maintain appropriate boundaries with clients as set forth in Agency Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Must be able to observe users performance on the device they are using (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.)</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.</li><li>Ability to facilitate and maintain productive communication while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and coworkers. Ability to work as a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule and Benefits</strong>: Part-time, Nonexempt, 20 hours a week, normally anytime between 9am-5pm.
