Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our StandardAero Component Services (SACS) group to support our growing Winnipeg operations.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Our bright, clean, and temperature-regulated facility offers a positive, team-oriented environment focused on safety, learning, and long-term career growth.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Shift Information</strong></p><p>Day shift Monday – Friday (5 days, 8 hour shifts) with flexible start times.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Lead and empower a talented team of specialized technicians, including painters, mechanics, machinists, machine operators, and quality inspectors.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Equip your team with the tools, resources, and support they need to ensure smooth, efficient component repairs while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Drive operational excellence by solving daily problems, removing roadblocks, and setting clear, motivating goals.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Direct the production planning and scheduling process according to sales volume, sales mix, inventory requirements and materials availability.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Plan day-to-day operations, assign manpower, authorize overtime and control costs.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Coordinate and liaise with supply, sales, engineering and customer service to ensure production standards and goals are achieved.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Perform capacity planning for equipment, floor space and manpower requirements in accordance with forecasted workloads.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Produce and maintain measures of performance to graphically display performance-related strengths and weaknesses within the cell.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Actively participate in the business unit management team(s), assisting with the development and realization of strategic plans, budgets, goals and outcomes.</li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Exercise authority in hiring, training, career development, performance appraisals, salary adjustments, promotions, discipline, health, safety and the general employee relations of your direct reports.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\">5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.</li><li><p>University degree or college diploma in engineering, business administration or related discipline.
