    "description_html": "<b>Job Function:</b><br>As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing the daily shipment schedule and ensuring accurate, timely outbound shipments. You will verify and maintain records for all outgoing goods and ensure accuracy by comparing identifying information—such as counts, weights, and measurements—against bills of lading, invoices, and other records. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>This is a full-time, contractor position with a possibility of conversion after 6 months.<br><br><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Execute and follow up on daily shipping targets based on variable schedules and requests</li><li>Monitor all outgoing shipments and update tracking tools and systems in real time</li><li>Maintain daily shipping logs to ensure all transactions are accurate, documented, and properly closed</li><li>Promptly report any discrepancies to the Supervisor and Program Management team</li><li>Ensure compliance with C-TPAT requirements and company shipping standards</li><li>Support timely and cost-effective delivery of materials while maintaining quality and safety practices, including identifying suspicious or non-conforming materials and ensuring proper handling</li><li>Coordinate with shipping carriers, internal departments, and external customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipments</li><li>Use Shop Floor Control (SFC) and other systems to track product movement, ensuring all updates are accurately reflected in the system or tracker</li><li>Prioritize and manage international shipments and urgent requests throughout the day</li><li>Follow up on shipment-related issues and drive them to full resolution</li></ul><br><b>Skills:</b><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Basic mathematical abilities</li><li>Proficiency with computers and inventory/shipping tracking tools</li><li>SAP experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to follow instructions accurately</li><li>Dangerous Goods (DG) certification is a plus</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br><b>Education:</b> B.A./B.S. or the equivalent<br><b>Experience:</b> Minimum of 2 years of shipping experience in manufacturing settings<br><b>Language:</b> English proficiency required, Mandarin is a plus<br><br><br><em>Pay rate: $20/h - $23/h</em><br><br><em>Foxconn Assembly, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).  All qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or marital status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. <br>  <br>Foxconn Assembly, LLC participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.   </em>",
