Relocation assistance is not available for this role.<br></em></strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>MAIN FUNCTION:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Create, validate, implement and maintain PNY&#39;s software and hardware test methods</li><li>Provide test engineering support for all PNY facilities</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Advanced degree and/or additional technical education is a plus</li><li>2+ years&rsquo; experience in a test engineering environment</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and project management skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, in a fast paced production environment</li><li>Proficient with operating systems and component test hardware</li><li>Working knowledge of :<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Automated Test Equipment (ATE)</li><li>UNIX/Linux</li><li>Programming languages a plus</li></ul></li><li>Familiar with the operations of memory, video and NAND Flash</li><li>Excellent oral and written communications skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English</li><li>Ability to travel (less than 5%)</li></ul><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Time is split between regular office, lab and production test areas, with ESD procedures to be observed.</p><p><strong>KEY RELATIONSHIPS:</strong></p><p>Interfaces with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, suppliers and customers</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Create, validate and implement PNY&#39;s production software and hardware test approaches and methodologies</li><li>Generate product application test reports (ATR) for new product at time of qualification</li><li>Maintain PNY&#39;s manufacturing test platform software and hardware, including the test network</li><li>Provide technical assistance and training to test lab staff</li><li>Generate and validate production test software and hardware</li><li>Perform system administration on all production test platforms at NJ location</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies to ensure qualification of PNY products</li><li>Coordinate with customers regarding test issues</li><li>Assist in other areas, as assigned</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>COMPENSATION:</strong></p><p>The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $120,000.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.</p><p><strong>BENEFITS OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&amp;D coverage, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k) retirement plan, annual discretionary salary increases and bonuses.
