As project delivery models, regulatory frameworks, supply chains, and technology continue to evolve, our ability to stay flexible and agile in our business development approach is essential to our success.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participates with senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.</li>\n <li>Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry.</li>\n <li>Works collaboratively across departments to provide valuable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.</li>\n <li>Ensures budgets and schedule align with corporate strategy to ensure overall success of functional, division, and company operations.</li>\n <li>Development and preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and update complex financial models to support business initiatives and evaluate performance.</li>\n <li>Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, to explain the \"why\" behind financial trends and results.</li>\n <li>Continuously seek to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and data integrity to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data science or a related field.</li>\n <li>6+ years of finance and/or accounting experience in the construction industry.</li>\n <li>Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling techniques.</li>\n <li>Knowledge/understanding of civil construction contracting and accounting.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data to non-financial audiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>MBA and/or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).</li>\n <li>M&A experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</li>\n <li>SQL scripting and data analysis skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.</li>\n <li>This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range for this position is between $135,000 - $185,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
