Description
About the Role:
The Integrated Sales Manager will lead and coordinate multi-channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the United States. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate various sales approaches, including direct, digital, and partner channels, to create a cohesive and effective sales plan. The manager will be responsible for aligning sales initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to increase sales performance, optimize team productivity, and foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ultimately, the Integrated Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping the company’s competitive position and long-term success in the marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably with experience in integrated or multi-channel sales environments. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Background in the technology, telecommunications, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects. Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated sales strategies that leverage multiple channels to maximize revenue opportunities. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer engagement. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support business development and customer retention. Skills:
The Integrated Sales Manager will utilize strong leadership and communication skills daily to inspire and guide the sales team toward achieving ambitious goals.
