Description

About the Role: The Integrated Sales Manager will lead and coordinate multi-channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the United States. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate various sales approaches, including direct, digital, and partner channels, to create a cohesive and effective sales plan. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Background in the technology, telecommunications, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects. Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated sales strategies that leverage multiple channels to maximize revenue opportunities. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer engagement. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support business development and customer retention. Skills: The Integrated Sales Manager will utilize strong leadership and communication skills daily to inspire and guide the sales team toward achieving ambitious goals. Analytical skills are essential for interpreting sales metrics and market data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies proactively. Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools will enable efficient tracking of customer interactions and sales performance, facilitating data-driven management.
