This person will report to the Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Essential Functions</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">Greets, seats and serves guests in a friendly and efficient manner. &nbsp;<ul type=\"square\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions. &nbsp;</li><li>Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner. &nbsp;</li><li>Accurately records all F&amp;B revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, complimentaries and coupon settlements. &nbsp;</li><li>Serves menu items in predetermined portions. &nbsp;</li><li>Relays orders to main kitchen and acts as a runner to replenish the line as needed. &nbsp;</li><li>Re-stocks all items and products in area as needed. &nbsp;</li><li>Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes. &nbsp;</li><li>Monitors alcohol consumption by guest, adhering strictly to company policy and State Law. &nbsp;</li><li>Relays with all guest compliments and complaints to F&amp;B Managers and Supervisors. &nbsp;</li><li>Assist staff in serving guests as needed. &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent guest service skills and consistent awareness of restaurant operation required. &nbsp;</li><li>Relay all guest compliments and complaints to Food &amp; Beverage Supervisor &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Supports &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business and weekends and holidays as required.&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Job Requirements</em></strong></p><ul><li>Highschool Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Minimum (1) year in public area cleaning.</li><li>Supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Valid PA Drivers License</li><li>Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.</li><li>Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>What Makes Happy Valley Casino Right For You?&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive Medical, Dental, &amp; Vision Insurance</li><li>Vacation &amp; Sick Time That Promote Work/Life Balance</li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance</li><li>Retirement Options</li><li>Free Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Robust Employee Recognition Program</li><li>Local and National Discount Programs Through EAP &amp; Tickets@Work</li><li>Unlimited growth potential</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
