The family also has an older son, who is almost 3, and a full-time mother’s helper/nanny, creating a team-oriented household environment where flexibility, communication, and personality fit are especially important.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is nurturing, punctual, proactive, and comfortable integrating into a dynamic household. The family is looking for someone who can seamlessly adapt to changing needs, work collaboratively with parents and existing support staff, and become a trusted part of the family’s routine.</p>\n<p>While the primary focus will be infant care, the nanny must also be comfortable caring for both children when the older child is home from school, including school holidays, sick days, and throughout August. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 11:30am. The start date is flexible, ideally July. However, they are ready to hire as soon as the right candidate is found. </p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for a nurturing, experienced nanny seeking a supportive, respectful, and collaborative family environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>All aspects of full-charge childcare</li>\n <li>Provide attentive and loving care  </li>\n <li>Occasionally, care for both children simultaneously when needed </li>\n <li>Support morning routines and hand-offs</li>\n <li>Maintain infant schedules, including feeding, food transitions, naps, diapering, and developmental activities </li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with parents and existing household support </li>\n <li>Assist with light household tasks, including: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Laundry</li>\n   <li>Loading/unloading dishwasher </li>\n   <li>Sanitation of bottles, pump parts, and toys</li>\n   <li>Tidying play and child areas </li>\n   <li>General household support as needed </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Foster a calm, nurturing, and engaging environment </li>\n <li>Support the achievement of age-appropriate milestones</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Warm, caring, and emotionally intuitive personality </li>\n <li>Highly punctual and reliable </li>\n <li>Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset </li>\n <li>Comfortable working in an evolving household environment </li>\n <li>Confident caring for two young children when needed </li>\n <li>Proactive, communicative, and adaptable </li>\n <li>Naturally nurturing and kind</li>\n <li>Passionate about children and their care</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in a similar role with an infant</li>\n <li>Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the UWS</li>\n <li>CPR certified</li>\n <li>Legal to work in the U.S.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<p>The family is offering $40/hr commensurate with experience </p>",
