This position will report directly to the Lead Mental Health Clinician and will play a critical role in supporting LGPCs, interns, and other clinical staff in delivering ethical, effective, and compliant services.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about mentorship, workforce development, and maintaining clinical excellence while helping to train the next generation of behavioral health professionals.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide clinical supervision to LGPCs in accordance with Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide supervision, mentorship, and structured learning support to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">graduate-level clinical interns</span>, ensuring alignment with academic program requirements and professional standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review, approve, and sign clinical documentation, including progress notes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all clinical duties, documentation, and supervisory responsibilities are completed in a timely manner in alignment with RTFNetwork policies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support clinicians and interns in diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with COMAR regulations, Medicaid requirements, and Joint Commission standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide clinical guidance on risk assessment, crisis intervention, and ethical decision-making</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the Lead Mental Health Clinician and interdisciplinary leadership team to maintain program quality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in onboarding, training, and professional development of new clinicians and interns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor clinician and intern productivity, documentation timeliness, and quality of care delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in team meetings, case consultations, audits, and performance improvement initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a small clinical caseload as needed to support program operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical excellence and organizational goals</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Active Maryland <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LCPC license in good standing</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Board-approved Clinical Supervisor for LGPCs in Maryland (required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience supervising or training <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">graduate-level interns or early-career clinicians strongly preferred</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 years post-licensure clinical experience</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DSM-5-TR diagnosis</span>, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in OMHC, outpatient, or community-based behavioral health settings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and documentation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong ability to mentor, teach, and evaluate developing clinicians</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp;
