Reporting to the Director of Operations, you<br>will be responsible for the Project Management, Project Financials and Project Quality. The<br>ideal candidate will have strong experience in IoT-driven projects involving connected<br>hardware, cloud platforms, mobile/web applications, and field deployments. This role<br>bridges engineering, operations, vendors, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on<br>time, within scope, and on budget. Candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, and a<br>passion for Project Delivery.</p>\n<p><br>You’ll be joining an amazing hard-working group that’s changing the future of apartment<br>and condo living. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management</span>:</p>\n<p><br>Lead end-to-end IoT project lifecycles from requirements through deployment and<br>handover.</p>\n<p><br>Develop and maintain end to end project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk<br>registers.</p>\n<p><br>Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals, escalating risks proactively.</p>\n<p><br>Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity.</p>\n<p><br>Communicating effectively with Supply chain, General Contractors, Security.</p>\n<p><br>Conractors and Field technicians regarding labor scheduling, material needs, project<br>requirements and gathering feedback from the field.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Interface with engineering teams and client teams for project requirements and<br>scope.</p>\n<p><br>Manage General Contractors, Security Integrators, Subcontractors and Vendors with<br>their expectations and deliverables.</p>\n<p><br>Project handover with the highest quality.</p>\n<p><br>Project financial reporting.</p>\n<p><br>Continuous process improvements and cross teams’ collaboration.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATION</span></p>\n<p><br>College Diploma or Degree with a specialization in Engineering and a PMP<br>Certification<br>5+ years of project management experience in low voltage and IOT (Must) projects<br>and experience working with Project Management Software and reporting<br>5+ years experience working in smart building solutions with the ability to<br>troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide solutions. Including Access<br>Control System programming (SALTO, ICT, Brivo), Smart Door Locks (SALTO and<br>Alfred), Elevator Access Control (SALTO, ICT, Kantech).<br>Experience in installation and commissioning of IP based Entry Phone systems.<br>Deep experience in Low Voltage wiring.<br>Networking knowledge, including thorough knowledge of Networking principles,<br>LAN/WAN/VLAN Assignments, IP Assignments, Port Forwarding and Unifi Controller<br>experience preferred.
