      "text": "A typical day in this role might include:",
      "content": "\n<li>Serving customers like PepsiCo and FedEx when they need trailers, helping to determine their equipment needs, and explaining all of our trailer-rental options.</li>\n<li>Inspecting trailers using a hand-held device which includes checking for damage or equipment problems inside and underneath the trailer.</li>\n<li>Managing customer accounts including helping with credit and collections.</li>\n<li>Verifying customer insurance coverage.</li>\n<li>Assigning repair work to vendors and Lease trailer mechanics.</li>\n<li>Using technology to perform inventories, manage equipment, and other operational tasks.</li>\n<li>Completing training assignments to prepare you for your next role as an Operations Manager, in charge of customer service and employee supervision at your own rental branch.</li>\n<li>Occasional paid travel to include:</li>\n<li>Weeklong trip to St. Louis MO as part of our semiannual New Employee Orientation, complete with teambuilding activities and seminars covering supply chain.</li>\n<li>At least one visit to another of our nationwide rental branches for cross-training and performance evaluation opportunity.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li><strong>Bachelor's degree</strong> or equivalent experience required</li>\n<li><strong>1-2 years of customer service experience</strong></li>\n<li><strong>Willing to relocate</strong> upon promotion into an Operations Manager role within your first 1-3 years of employment (once fully trained. Relocation assistance is provided as most of our Managers are promoted out-of-state to one of our other 46 nationwide branch locations.)</li>\n<li>Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</li>\n"
