    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Salary Range: </u></strong>$146,635-$246,429</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the global transformation of our Customs House Brokerage (CHB) business from a transactional support function into a standardized, digitally enabled, performance-driven global product.</li>\n <li>Drive strategic multi-year initiatives across P&L harmonization, capability mapping, digital enablement, consulting services development, and global network governance.</li>\n <li>Partner with GHQ leadership and OpCos worldwide to establish CHB as a scalable, profitable, and consulting-driven business platform.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Global Program Leadership</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead execution of the CHB 2026–2030 Mid-Term Strategy across global OpCos.</li>\n <li>Align regional and local leadership on strategic priorities and performance expectations.</li>\n <li>Deliver structured transformation milestones including P&L harmonization, capability mapping, digital deployment, and consulting model rollout.</li>\n <li>Establish governance forums and reporting cadence at GHQ level.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>P&L Standardization & Performance Visibility</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and implement a unified global CHB P&L framework.</li>\n <li>Define KPIs and reporting standards ensuring transparency across markets.</li>\n <li>Drive performance reviews and profitability optimization at GHQ level.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Digital Capability Development</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead digital roadmap planning (EDI integration, automation, AI-based classification, dashboards).</li>\n <li>Oversee global pilots and scaling of digital customs solutions.</li>\n <li>Partner with IT and external providers to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Consulting Capability & Service Development</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop structured CHB advisory and consulting offerings (compliance advisory, tariff engineering, special procedures, trade optimization).</li>\n <li>Implement pricing frameworks, global rate cards, and monetization models.</li>\n <li>Integrate best practices into a standardized global consulting proposition.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Global Network Formation</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish a global CHB community enabling collaboration, referral flows, and cross-border account development.</li>\n <li>Harmonize operating models and governance standards across regions.</li>\n <li>Promote knowledge sharing and capability maturity growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Influence senior stakeholders across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.</li>\n <li>Drive mindset shifts from local brokerage operations to global business product management.</li>\n <li>Act as transformation ambassador across markets.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Level Of Education </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.</li>\n <li>Professional certifications such as CCS, CILT, ICPA, Licensed Customs Broker, or equivalent strongly valued.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Relevant Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Global Trade Compliance, or Trade Advisory.</li>\n <li>Experience leading multi-country transformation programs or global product standardization initiatives.</li>\n <li>Proven exposure to centralized P&L structures and performance-driven operating models.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with digital trade technologies (EDI, automation, AI classification engines, customs management systems).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS Technical & Business Skills </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deep knowledge of customs regulations, HS classification, AEO programs, valuation, origin management, and special procedures.</li>\n <li>Strong commercial acumen with understanding of service profitability and cost allocation models.</li>\n <li>Digital fluency across BI tools, SaaS systems, and automation technologies.</li>\n <li>Ability to structure scalable consulting propositions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Leadership & Interpersonal Skills</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Executive-level stakeholder management across regions and cultures.</li>\n <li>Strong change leadership and transformation execution skills.</li>\n <li>Strategic mindset with strong program management discipline.</li>\n <li>High resilience, ownership, and influence without direct authority.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed.
