About the Role The COOL Company, a next-generation Supply-Side Platform (SSP), is expanding its global publisher partnerships team across several key international markets.   We are looking for experienced ad tech professionals with existing publisher relationships and a strong understanding of publisher monetization and programmatic advertising.   This is not an entry-level sales role. Successful candidates will already have experience working within the ad tech ecosystem and an established network of publisher contacts in their local market.   As a Account Executive - Publisher Development, you will own the full publisher partnership lifecycle, from leveraging existing relationships and sourcing new opportunities to commercial negotiations, onboarding coordination, and long-term revenue growth.   The ideal candidate can immediately engage publisher decision-makers, generate partnership opportunities through their network, and independently drive publisher growth within their region. Must-Have Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in ad tech, SSPs, publisher monetization, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, or publisher development Existing relationships within the publisher ecosystem of your assigned market Experience selling to, onboarding, managing, or growing publisher partnerships Strong understanding of publisher monetization and programmatic advertising Ability to independently source and close publisher opportunities Fluency in English and the primary language of your assigned market Candidates without direct ad tech experience will not be considered.
