    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Shuttle Driver (PER DIEM)</strong></p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Transportation Services&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Masonicare at Chester Village - Senior Living Community-Chester, CT</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><strong>Per Diem</strong></p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">The Shuttle Driver performs routine driving and transporting services. &nbsp;Provide accessibility for medical appointments within established networks. &nbsp;Ensures the timely efficient movement of materials and mail within and throughout Masonicare.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">1. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maintains established departmental policies, procedures, and objective, quality assessment and improvement programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">2. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maintain the vehicles; drives them to designed service station for maintenance, repair and refueling. &nbsp;Maintains record of use, mileage, repairs or service required.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">4. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Provides suggestions to management to improve overall quality and day to day operations.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">5. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Demonstrates supportive attitude towards patients, visitors and/or staff. &nbsp;Communicates effectively and tactfully with residents/patients recognizing their age, needs, abilities and physical condition.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">6. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Reports all unsafe conditions to appropriate supervisor including change in patient status, broken or malfunctioning equipment or anything that could be potential threat or danger to a resident.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">7. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Understands and follows Universal Precautions as it pertains to their department.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">8. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Understands chemical(s) used in their department under the &quot;Right To Know&quot; standard.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">9. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings.
