Start your journey with E-Therapy today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.</li>\n <li>Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.</li>\n <li>Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.</li>\n <li>Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development.</li>\n <li>Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.</li>\n <li>Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.</li>\n <li>WA ESA Speech Certification or WA DOH Speech Pathology License</li>\n <li>Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.</li>\n <li>Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Flexible work arrangements</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
