You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams&mdash;locally and internationally&mdash;to identify sustainability risks and opportunities, lead initiatives, support compliance needs, and drive measurable performance improvements.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>🔹 Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the site&rsquo;s Environmental and Energy Management Systems, including implementing actions for continual improvement</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize, collect, and analyze environmental and energy performance data</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and promote employee sustainability initiatives and awareness efforts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and interpret sustainability‑related legal developments in the corporate context</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify sustainability risks and opportunities within the business environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with global sustainability professionals to develop new solutions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with customer, regulatory, and stakeholder sustainability inquiries and reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support and coordinate key sustainability metrics and performance tracking</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare cost comparisons and payback analyses for projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize and lead teams to deliver targeted sustainability improvements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate documentation, data tracking, and administrative records</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Estimate costs and timelines to support project execution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clearly communicate sustainability concepts to audiences at all organizational levels</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Limited US and/or international travel required</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>🔹 Education &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Specialized training in environmental/energy management, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in environmental science, engineering, or sustainability <strong>preferred</strong></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>🔹 Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum <strong>2 years</strong> of relevant experience in a medium‑sized industrial or manufacturing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum <strong>1 year</strong> of experience with <strong>ISO 14001/ISO 50001</strong> management systems</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>🔹 Knowledge &amp;
