Shifts will normally be scheduled for four (4) to ten and half (10.5) hour period.</p>\n<p><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $28.50/hr & $5.09*/hr for Health & Wellness pay</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Vested Vacation, sick leave, holiday leave, Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short Term Disability</p>\n<p><strong>Optional Benefits:</strong> Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) matching with employee participation in 401(K) plan</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct patient care within scope of LPN practice</li>\n <li>Assist with orthopedic clinic procedures and patient flow</li>\n <li>Follow infection control and aseptic techniques</li>\n <li>Respond to emergency situations using established protocols</li>\n <li>Document patient care accurately and on time</li>\n <li>Maintain and update medical records and reports</li>\n <li>Use systems like MHS Genesis, Essentris, and CIS</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with providers and healthcare team</li>\n <li>Support and train junior staff or corpsmen when needed</li>\n <li>Participate in:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Peer reviews</li>\n   <li>Performance improvement initiatives</li>\n   <li>Staff meetings and trainings</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with:\n  <ul>\n   <li>DoD and MTF policies</li>\n   <li>Joint Commission standards</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain patient safety, rights, and confidentiality</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>Education</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an <strong>approved LPN/LVN program</strong><em>(ACEN, NLNAC, CCNE, or equivalent military program)</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Licensure</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Current, active, unrestricted <strong>LPN/LVN license</strong></li>\n <li>Valid in any U.S. state or territory</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>At least <strong>1 year of LPN experience</strong></li>\n <li>Experience in:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Hospital, outpatient, or acute care setting (<strong>preferred</strong>)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Orthopedic experience:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>6 months – 1 year preferred</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Other Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a <strong>U.S. Citizen</strong></li>\n <li>Must meet all <strong>health and immunization requirements</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to complete <strong>DoD/MTF training and orientation</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Kako'o Services</strong></p>\n<p>Kako'o Services is a premier provider of healthcare workers to various military treatment facilities across the United States.
