Candidates will be considered for the level that best matches their experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software for access network equipment, including GPON/XGS-PON ONTs, Wi-Fi Access Points, and residential gateways.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities and scope will scale based on experience level.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities (All Levels):</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Software Development &amp; Protocols</p><ul><li>Design and implement embedded software features in C/C++, covering userspace and kernel space.</li><li>Develop and debug packet processing, middleware, and BSP components; support third-party SDK integration.</li><li>Ensure product alignment with global telecom standards: ITU-T (GPON/XGS-PON), BBF (TR-069/369), IEEE 802.3/802.11, MEF, and ETSI; implement IETF RFCs for IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, DNS, and security.</li><li>Implement and optimize Wi-Fi 5/6/7, EasyMesh, VoIP (SIP/MGCP/H.248), IPTV/Multicast (IGMP/MLD), and QoS features for residential gateway applications.</li></ul><p>Testing &amp; CI/CD</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Python for product verification and regression testing.</li><li>Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration, testing, and delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with QA and hardware teams to validate software in real-world scenarios.</li></ul><p>Collaboration &amp; Agile</p><ul><li>Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, product management).</li><li>Document software changes, design decisions, and troubleshooting procedures.</li></ul>",
