    "description": "<h2>Your Team Responsibilities</h2>POSITION OVERVIEW – Senior Associate Role & Responsibilities-Build a high-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and continuously developing talent.-Manage staff and functional activities to achieve team goals aligned with organizational objectives.-Ensure productivity, data quality, and SLA compliance through rigorous performance oversight-Evaluate and implement industry leading QA practices on both data and content, re-engineer quality assurance and quality control processes including working on effectively tracking and reporting quality improvements.-Undertake projects to improve the data workflow, QA processes, Vendor data onboarding and ensure that these are executed in line with the transformation program-Evaluate re-engineering opportunities by analyzing existing processes and systematically identify manual/off-system tasks and processes bottlenecks, create process maps as specifications for BA/IT and drive them.-Lead the data transformation working the Data Operations teams in Manila/Mumbai & collaboration with BA/Project Management, Technology & Data Science teams.-Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify anomalies, report data trends and patterns.-Participate and shape discussions on scaling & transforming operations, process changes, business priorities and client expectations-Identify opportunities of leveraging ML/NLP for unstructured data extraction, quality enhancement-Lead projects involving new data onboarding and ensure all new data sourcing is in-line with data transformation agenda-Drive strategic planning and goal setting while fostering upskilling and career growth opportunities for the team.\n<h2>Your Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong><u>People Management:</u></strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Focus on training pool of Juniors, and <strong>setting up of team workflows</strong>, process to detect data quality issues, metrics and KPIs.</li>\n  <li>Consistent touch on Team members progress and helping team to acquire right level of trainings and skills.</li>\n  <li><strong>Develop Training plan and module</strong> that helps training new joiners and backfills.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong><u>Delivery:</u></strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Deliver quality assured data (financial/non-financial) as per agreed daily SLAs</li>\n  <li>Work with internal stakeholders and downstream teams on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) on data Quality Assurance (accuracy, completeness, and timeliness).</li>\n  <li><strong>Create and implement the appropriate metrics</strong> on deliverables to the stakeholders and always ensure the agreed SLA is met.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong><u>Process Improvement:</u></strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create new process metrics, KPI and scorecard.</li>\n <li>Can independently manage the deliverables and stakeholders’ expectations.</li>\n <li>Lead team Quality improvements by analyzing existing process and focus on areas for improvement, automation applying Lean Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, and other TQM approaches.</li>\n <li><strong>Focused on process improvements</strong> including elimination of redundancies, <strong>brainstorming the process improvements</strong> ideas and partner with the engineering teams to improvise the current state of work.</li>\n <li>Work schedules is in India time zone could extend into EMEA hours for meetings</li>\n <li><strong>Adaptability and flexibility to work</strong> in a fast paced and changing environment</li>\n <li><strong>Ability to work within a team-oriented environment</strong> across hierarchies, functions and geographies</li>\n <li><strong>Ability to communicate </strong>with various internal and external parties globally.</li>\n <li><strong>Intent in automation</strong> and carry supporting skills like <strong>advanced excel knowledge</strong>, building <strong>dashboard using PowerBI</strong>, and automation through Jupyter/Python notebooks etc.</li>\n <li>Have high interests to learn new things and willingness to take and deliver challenging work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Good to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have sound knowledge on capital markets and functioning of the markets (Exposure to various financial products like Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Commodities, Corporate actions etc.)</li>\n <li>Knowledge about Financial Statements like Annual reports, Income statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Your skills and experience that will help you excel</h2>Necessary skills and qualifications:-10+ years of experience in Operations/Team Management, Process Optimization, Project & Change Management.-5+ years of people management experience, including leading teams and driving performance.-Analytical skills and strong attention to details -
