Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Own and expand a portfolio of established and new vendor relationships, positioning Dext Capital as a preferred financing partner Drive new business through strategic prospecting, targeted outreach, and leveraging existing industry relationships positioning Dext Capital as a preferred financing partner Serve as a trusted advisor to vendors by structuring competitive financing solutions, preparing quotes, and leading negotiations through close Partner closely with internal credit, operations, and leadership teams to deliver efficient, high‑quality customer experiences Represent Dext Capital at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen market presence and identify growth opportunities Maintain deep knowledge of Dext Capital’s products, programs, and underwriting capabilities to effectively communicate value to vendors and end‑users Consistently meet or exceed individual production goals while contributing to overall team performance Adhere to Dext Capitals exceptional customer service standards
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years equipment finance or vendor‑channel sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota‑driven environment Proven ability to build credibility with vendors Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM Excellent communication, and relationship‑management skills Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture Bachelor’s degree preferred
