This includes mixing, scaling, and benching dough, baking artisan breads and desserts, lifting and stacking flour, loading carts and racks, transferring products to refrigeration/freezers, palletizing, and labeling products into boxes. You'll also operate various kitchen machinery, including ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers, and dough dividers, while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment.</p>\n<p>Due to the perishable nature of our products, you'll work in extremely cold environments and must be familiar with proper food handling techniques.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>You should meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must possess basic math skills</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read recipes, basic instructions, schedules and signage</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>A sense of urgency while paying attention to details</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li>\n <li>A positive attitude is essential!</li>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our hiring team will reach out via text or email once we’ve reviewed your application.</p>",
