The ideal candidate will oversee all stages of design, fabrication, fitting, and maintenance of prosthetic devices related to patients’ needs, as indicated by a physician. American Board Certified (ABC) certification in Prosthetics/Orthotics or the completion of a Residency Program in Prosthetics/Orthotics (Board Eligible), is required to be considered for this opportunity. Our work environment offers a great opportunity to provide exceptional care for our patients and to grow within our Prosthetics and Orthotics division. </p>\n<p><em><strong>***Employer will not sponsor work visas for this position now or in the future and is not interested in corp.-to-corp. business arrangements at this time.***</strong></em><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Incentives</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Multiple health plans: PPO options through BC/BS and HSA</li>\n <li>Dental/vision/prescription/disability/supplemental life insurance and more</li>\n <li>Company matching 401(k)</li>\n <li>Generous paid time off (PTO) and extended illness days (EID)</li>\n <li>Indefinite student debt benefit program</li>\n <li>Industrywide unmatched continuing education program </li>\n <li>Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees all stages of design, fabrication, fitting and maintenance of orthotic/prosthetic devices related to patients’ needs, as indicated by a physician. </li>\n <li>Assists physicians with the evaluation and analysis of the patient’s need for orthotic/prosthetic services. </li>\n <li>Ensures proper patient management is consistent with established practices for orthotic/prosthetic care. </li>\n <li>Identifies and reconciles issues/problems to ensure patient satisfaction with devices provided. </li>\n <li>Ensures highest standards of patient care are provided to all patients, including but not limited to adequate follow-up with patients and physicians. </li>\n <li>Reviews new techniques and materials to ensure the widest range of flexibility and services offered. </li>\n <li>Maintains accurate documentation to clearly define goals, issues and solutions for each patient. </li>\n <li>Provides administrative staff with information to conduct reimbursement activities. </li>\n <li>Provides information to facility management to ensure proper management of inventory and materials. </li>\n <li>Meets with physicians, case managers and other referral sources to market orthotics/prosthetics services and capabilities. </li>\n <li>Provides on-call services, as necessary. </li>\n <li>Recommends treatment options to physicians, when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university from a recognized Orthotics and Prosthetics school.</li>\n <li>American Board Certified (ABC) certification in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics required.</li>\n <li>Completion of Residency</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p>Relocation Assistance Available</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
