    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Installation of different types of roofing systems such as&nbsp;BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems</li>\n <li>Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)</li>\n <li>Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.</li>\n <li>Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.</li>\n <li>Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.).</li>\n <li>Apply waterproofing&nbsp;sealants&nbsp;and coatings to roofs, flashings, and other surfaces.</li>\n <li>Apply&nbsp;painting&nbsp;of roofing components, trim, or other structural elements as required.</li>\n <li>Identify and repair leaks or damaged areas on commercial roofs.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>\n <li>Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred</li>\n <li>Reliable form of transportation</li>\n <li>Acceptable background check per company standards</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $23.00 and $29.00.
