          "text": "<p>As a <strong>Field Services Technician</strong> on the Cable Testing &amp; Technical Services Team, you will play a key role in supporting nuclear and industrial facilities by performing advanced on-site testing for performance evaluations, diagnostics, condition monitoring, and troubleshooting using AMS’s proprietary platforms and other specialized tools. In this hands-on, travel-intensive role, you will conduct non-destructive electrical testing to assess equipment health and support clients during normal plant operation, outages, and/or commissioning activities. Through careful data collection, clear communication, and reliable field execution, you will help ensure the long-term safety, performance, and reliability of critical plant systems across the nuclear fleet.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Travel to assigned locations as needed to perform field service work in support of operational needs.</li><li>Apply a strong technical background to learn and carry out specialized testing, maintenance, or service activities under established procedures and training.&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing timely updates on work performed, issues encountered, and next steps.&#xa0;</li><li>Work cooperatively with team members, demonstrating a teachable spirit and a desire to grow through hands-on training and mentorship.&#xa0;</li><li>Provide an orderly, safe, and efficient work environment by consistently following organizational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.&#xa0;</li><li>Follow all guidelines and expectations as set forth by organizational leadership.</li></ul>",
