    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Audi North Austin is looking for Sales Professionals to join our team of dynamic professionals!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span>Sales Associates are responsible for selling vehicles for personal and commercial use. Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers at their dealership and participating in test drives with interested customers.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Greet customers arriving at the dealership.</span></li>\n<li><span>Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Answer customers questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process.</span></li>\n<li><span>Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span>Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options.</span></li>\n<li><span>Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><span>Generate new business leads.</span></li>\n<li><span>Additional duties as needed to support the sale of vehicles and activities of the sales team. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent communication skills including active listening.</span></li>\n<li><span>Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have a valid driver's license.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be at least 22 years of age.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span>Customer service experience required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Employment Opportunity</span></p>\n<p><span>The policy of Hi-Tech Motorcars is to extend opportunities to qualified applicants and employees on an equal basis regardless of an individual's age, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or veteran status.
