We are committed to creating an </em></p>\n<p><em>inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Business Development team in creating pitch decks for the Docs and Ents teams, as well as responding to tenders for major international sports production and branded contracts.</li>\n<li>Contribute to project development through research, meeting coordination, drafting project plans, and presenting outlines to the team.</li>\n<li>Research and gather information from content experts across the company to produce insightful, high-quality pitch decks.</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the sports industry and evolving design landscape, particularly emerging AI tools.</li>\n<li>Write compelling, persuasive copy that showcases Whisper’s credentials and responds effectively to RFPs/ITTs.</li>\n<li>Identify and help resolve issues that arise during the development process.</li>\n<li>Contribute creative and editorial ideas across Sport, Branded, Docs, and Entertainment, including visual and picture research.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Please note that responsibilities may be amended, added to, or removed to reflect the changing needs of the production or organisation.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to translate creative ideas into structured pitch documents and written treatments.</li>\n<li>Strong team player, able to prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li>\n<li>Comfortable collaborating across the wider Whisper Group, including content and management leads, and working closely with senior Business Development stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, organisation, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Strong research skills, with the ability to source and compile archive materials, including stills and content for pitch films and decks.</li>\n<li>High standard of written English, with strong attention to spelling and grammar.</li>\n<li>Strong design sensibility, with experience in Keynote preferred and working knowledge of Photoshop desirable.</li>\n<li>Confident presenting ideas and responding to briefs under pressure.</li>\n<li>Able to manage varied workloads, prioritise effectively, and deliver to deadlines while adapting to change.</li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, sport, documentaries, entertainment, and TV production in the UK and globally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span></p>\n<p>Kew, London.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Days: </span></p>\n<p>Five-day week, with four days in the office and one day working from home.</p>\n<p>Some flexibility is required, including occasional weekend work depending on production needs.</p>\n<p>Lieu days will be given for any additional days worked.</p>\n<p>Flexitime is available, subject to production requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Start date:</span></p>\n<p>ASAP on a 6-month FTC</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Application Closing: </span></p>\n<p>Fri 29th May</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span></p>\n<p>Dependent on experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to apply: </span></p>\n<p>Please upload your CV and tell us in your own way why you are the right person for this opportunity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
