You play a crucial role in supporting the mission of CAC by adhering to education, health, safety, and nutritional practices established by CAC's Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program.

Screening and Assessment: Assist in completing the Agency’s developmental and behavioral screening within the mandated 45 days. Participate in ongoing assessments, including observations, quarterly assessments, and developmental checklists.
Classroom Management : Maintain classroom management and educational instruction in the absence of the lead teacher, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Inclusive Education: Follow the child’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) to ensure inclusivity for children with disabilities.
Program Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of a daily program with quality teacher and child-initiated activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Collaboration : Work collaboratively with staff, supervisors, administrators, co-workers, community professionals, clients, vendors, and parents.
