Together, we can help communities access safe and reliable drinking water, while also preserving the environment for future generations.</p>\n<p>Our approach goes beyond the project to the people – who are the heart of it all.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>You’ve completed a number of projects, varying in size and scope in the public sector relating to educational, municipal or other institutional buildings, facilities and essential infrastructure</li>\n <li>Participate and present a unified company voice within the local business community, through networking, and active participation to help grow the business.</li>\n <li>Cultivate, direct, and seek opportunities to grow your accounts across Northern Ontario</li>\n <li>Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives</li>\n <li>Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector. </li>\n <li>Secure, manage, and expand a portfolio of projects to meet and exceed fee income targets.</li>\n <li>Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives.</li>\n <li>Chair project and site meetings, find resolution to issues and coordinate between multiple stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Ensure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented with respect to contractual and technical issues.</li>\n <li>Maintain contact with existing and prospective clients and respond to business development and sales opportunities with support from the Business Development Team, Principal or Regional Vice President.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A strong desire to grow our business presence in the local market and meet company growth targets.</li>\n <li>A university degree or diploma in engineering or construction management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).</li>\n <li>At least 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination and management</li>\n <li>Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively.</li>\n <li>An established network of industry contacts and relationships within the region as well as involvement with applicable regional industry and trade associations.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills including a proven ability to develop winning proposals and win competitive interviews.</li>\n <li>Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered a strong asset.</li>\n <li>A strong sense of community and involvement in local community boards and associations.</li>\n <li>Travel required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Expected Compensation: $72,158– $103,993 per year (CAD)</p>\n<p>This compensation range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration.
