Description

The Facilities Manager is a hands-on, floor-based role responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through carpentry, light electrical, and plumbing work within an active industrial facility. This role plays a key part in building and supporting production lines, fabricating tooling and fixtures, and maintaining plant infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This position currently has one direct report, with the opportunity to grow as the maintenance organization scales. The role is onsite and highly hands-on, working closely with Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
