This role serves as a key liaison between field crews, project management, and regional leadership to drive operational excellence, cost control, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in both field and office environments. </p>\n<p>Salary Range for this rolewill be: 60 - 70k, based on experience</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Field Operations Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support daily field operations across assigned projects and crews.</li>\n <li>Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and equipment usage.</li>\n <li>Assist in coordinating field logistics, materials delivery, and vendor scheduling.</li>\n <li>Track and report key operational metrics (production, safety, cost, quality).</li>\n <li>Partner with field leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project & Administrative Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in preparing and maintaining job documentation including reports, change orders, and cost tracking.</li>\n <li>Support onboarding of field employees and ensure required documentation is complete.</li>\n <li>Coordinate timesheet review and assist with payroll accuracy.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of project data, work progress, and compliance documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote and reinforce PAR Electric’s safety culture.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and client requirements.</li>\n <li>Support field audits, safety meetings, and incident reporting processes.</li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining fleet and equipment compliance records.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Reporting & Analysis</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collect, analyze, and summarize operational data for leadership review.</li>\n <li>Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.</li>\n <li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives as needed.</li>\n <li>Utilize ERP and project management systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a liaison between field crews, project managers, accounting, procurement, and safety departments.</li>\n <li>Provide operational support during peak project periods or special initiatives.</li>\n <li>Support regional leadership with special projects and process improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in construction operations, field coordination, or related role.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of field operations and project workflows.</li>\n <li>Experience working in utility, electrical, or construction environments preferred.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required); ERP or project management software experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced field environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with field personnel and leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p>PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid basic life insurance</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid disability benefits</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (sick and vacation)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Tuition Assistance</li>\n <li>Wellness and Mental Health Programs</li>\n <li>Learning and Development Programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
