    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>GrayWolf is seeking Ironworkers at our Cameron, LA project site.&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>GrayWolf is a heavy industrial/commercial construction contractor that provides end-to-end solutions from design, fabrication, construction, and facility management with a footprint that is nationwide. &nbsp; With more than 45-years of experience in the industry, we have strong leadership and support teams who understand field servant leadership is the key to our success. &nbsp;We are continually <strong><em>BUILDING</em></strong> new talent while developing our current talent. &nbsp; As our assignments vary in duration and locations, we provide a safe and ethical environment and offer a competitive wage and benefit program. &nbsp;We strive to be the best contractor with demonstrating a culture of Safety, Quality and Performance to deliver the best completed projects to our customers. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>A journeyman level Ironworker has a minimum of 4 years heavy industrial experience with structural component assembly and maintenance including welding, fabrication, and stress relieving. &nbsp;An Ironworker is also knowledgeable in oxyfuel cutting, identifying, and installing iron and supports, and able to read structural drawings and detail sheets.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Essential Duties:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Safely and competently identify and use advanced rigging procedures and equipment.</li><li>Locates needed material or equipment to be moved by lift and secures those materials following safety guidelines.</li><li>Sets up framework of building by positioning steel girders or other structural elements and then bolting them into place or prepares them for permanent bolding and/or welding.</li><li>Ensure that all reinforcing material is in its proper position so that it receives its intended structural load.</li><li>Read blueprints, drawings or pictures and understand how they would look like solid objects with height, width or depth.</li><li>Visualizes objects in three-dimensions from plans and drawings.</li><li>Oxyfuel Cutting &ndash; safely perform the following oxyfuel cutting tasks: straight line and square shapes, piercing and slot cutting.</li><li>Communicates and works cooperatively and effectively with all personnel, good math skills for calculating load requirements.</li><li>Understand and complete pre-lift checklists and assist operator with lift plans as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be proficient in the use of hand signals.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Four (4) years minimum heavy industrial field experience as an Ironworker.</li><li>Must have locking toolbox and tools necessary to perform the job.</li><li>Be able to reeve up and demonstrate the proper use of a block using multiple part line configuration (4 part minimum).</li><li>Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Physical/Site Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.</li><li>Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with&nbsp;age.</li><li>Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside&nbsp;conditions.</li><li>Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and&nbsp;scaffolds.</li><li>Work at heights with fall protection, work from manlifts, baskets, JLG&rsquo;s etc.</li><li>PPE footwear/prescription safety glasses or eye shields required. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>To be eligible for per diem, your permanent residence must be at least 60-miles from the site address and you must provide documentation as such. &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is an equal opportunity employer.
