This role supports the daily operation of the pool café by preparing food, serving members, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.</p><p>When assigned to cooking duties, the Team Member prepares food according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality, freshness, and food safety compliance.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>When assigned to service duties, the Team Member provides prompt, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to members and guests, contributing to an exceptional poolside experience.</p><p>All team members are expected to uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism while adhering to all Minnesota health and safety regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Job Functions</p><p>General Responsibilities (All Shifts):</p><ul><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times</li><li>Adhere to all Minnesota health and safety codes</li><li>Deliver a high level of member service and satisfaction</li><li>Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors</li></ul><p>Cook Responsibilities (When Assigned):</p><ul><li>Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food according to recipes and standards</li><li>Follow portion controls and presentation specifications</li><li>Ensure freshness and quality of all food and ingredients</li><li>Properly store food, including labeling and dating items</li><li>Complete required temperature checks prior to service</li><li>Re-stock food items and ensure adequate supply levels</li><li>Utilize supplies and equipment properly to minimize waste and loss</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, work areas, and equipment</li><li>Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly</li></ul><p>Server Responsibilities (When Assigned):</p><ul><li>Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive food and beverage service to members and guests</li><li>Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Ensure a positive and engaging poolside experience</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas</li><li>Monitor guest needs and respond proactively</li><li>Support overall café operations, including restocking and cleaning</li><li>Uphold appearance and service standards at all times</li></ul><p>Additional Expectations</p><ul><li>Must be able to perform both cook and server duties as scheduled</li><li>Must be flexible and adaptable to daily role assignments</li><li>Must work collaboratively with all team members to support operations</li></ul>",
