      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 collections professionals</li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day collections operations in a fast-paced legal environment</li>\n<li>Partner closely with attorneys, partners, and firm leadership to resolve collection issues and improve recovery efforts</li>\n<li>Handle escalated collection matters and complex client situations</li>\n<li>Monitor aging reports, portfolio performance, and collection trends</li>\n<li>Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delinquency</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure timely resolution of billing-related issues</li>\n<li>Produce reporting and provide insights to leadership regarding collections performance and portfolio risk</li>\n<li>Support a culture of accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>5+ years of collections and/or accounts receivable experience</li>\n<li>5+ years of leadership experience managing collections teams</li>\n<li>Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is required</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage collections in a high-volume environment</li>\n<li>Strong experience working directly with attorneys, partners, and executive leadership</li>\n<li>Experience improving collection performance, reducing aging, and driving cash flow improvements</li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis</li>\n<li>Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar legal financial systems is highly preferred</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills</li>\n\n</div>"
