Build Your Career.</p>\n<p>The Falcon Academy is where that journey begins.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Opportunities are available at either of our shops in Coatesville PA or Sinking Spring PA</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply today to be considered for our July or August 2026 classes</span></p>\n<p><br>________________________________________</p>\n<p><br>The Falcon Academy Early Career Apprentice Program is designed for recent graduates of welding and technical programs who are ready to take the next step into a full-time production career.<br>This structured, hands-on program provides advanced training in:<br>•    Welding (primarily FCAW / flux-core)<br>•    Steel fitting and layout<br>•    Structural steel fabrication processes<br>Participants will build on their foundational training and develop the real-world skills required to meet AWS D1.1 and D1.5 standards, preparing them for placement into production roles at JGM.
