At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Director of Engineering is responsible for directing, overseeing, and utilizing functional authority for operation, planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of all projects or process-related activities of engineering design or commissioning.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Directs a design team of project managers, engineers, and technical staff in the development of building designs that support client requirement and schedule.</li>\n <li>Directs a commissioning team of commissioning agents, and commissioning technicians to perform the commissioning team functions that support client requirement and schedule.</li>\n <li>Delegates projects among engineering or commissioning staff according to specialized knowledge, skills and abilities; and consider project requirements.</li>\n <li>Approves process specification and design or commissioning standards, and reviews engineering designs for accuracy and compliance.</li>\n <li>Maintains a strong relationship with clients and vendors, and develops new and expanded business based upon successful delivery of existing projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a 4-year accredited program.</li>\n <li>Acceptable Degree Alternatives: Engineering Technology / Construction Management Degree.</li>\n <li>5 years minimum experience as a Project Manager.</li>\n <li>Alternative Minimum Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager for the Company.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project experience.</li>\n <li>Professional Engineering License.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lead presentations for marketing and business development for projects.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management Certification from a certifying agency (PMI)</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>30% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n <li>Be able to attend job site meetings as well as walk job sites under construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>          </p>\n<p>          #LI-CL1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $105,174.00 - USD $140,445.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
