Qualified candidate for the Dealer Coordinator is the perfect opportunity for a confident experienced individual with a great understanding of how to deliver fantastic hospitality.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Dealer Coordinator coordinates and arranges assigned section dealers to comply with policies and procedures as well as evaluating performance. Check out the rest of the following duties outlined below.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Coordinates dealer rotations for live games in a fair and objective manner.</li>\n<li>Must have full knowledge of all monthly casino promotions.</li>\n<li>Completes employment-related paperwork to include payroll inquiries meeting payroll deadlines.</li>\n<li>Assists in evaluating Dealer performance.</li>\n<li>Provides information in written and verbal form to keep dealers up-to-date on changes in policy, new</li>\n<li>promotions, and important events. Tracks on-going games.</li>\n<li>Monitors and verifies Dealer tip contribution forms for correct amounts.</li>\n<li>Handles extensive phone inquiries.</li>\n<li>Provides leadership and serves as a positive role model to staff.</li>\n<li>Attends training as appropriate to fulfill requirements, update job skills and promote development, and arranges staff to do the same.</li>\n<li>Must be available to work any shift including overtime when necessary.</li>\n<li>Regular attendance, punctuality and essential key responsibilities for this job.</li>\n<li>Parkwest Bicycle Casino is a customer service business and, as such, customer relations are an essential jobduty and responsibility of every team member.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the Shift Manager/Assistant Shift Manager.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to pass mandatory screening which may include a background and credit check, and drug test.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment team member permit, badge or license.</li>\n <li>Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Able to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n <li>Available for full time work which may include weekends and evening scheduling; and ready for all programs and activities. Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.</li>\n <li>Able to converse in English.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently.</li>\n <li>Able to work within a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Education:    </strong>Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school desired. \n<strong>Experience:   </strong>Prior experience in a supervisor or leadership role and 1-2 years’ experience and/or training as dealer.
