Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the design and development of aviation civil engineering projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, grading, drainage systems, access roads, hangars, fuel systems, and other airport infrastructure</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of engineering plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates</li>\n <li>Utilize design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering tools to develop project deliverables</li>\n <li>Participate in project coordination with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies, including FAA coordination as applicable</li>\n <li>Contribute to construction phase services, including site visits, observation, and review of contractor submittals</li>\n <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant design solutions</li>\n <li>Apply applicable design standards and best practices; training in FAA standards and airfield design will be provided as needed</li>\n <li>Other duties</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program</p></li>\n <li><p>EIT/EI certification required</p></li>\n <li><p>2 years of experience in civil engineering</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D</p></li>\n <li><p>Aviation experience preferred but not required</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with FAA standards and advisory circulars is a plus</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
