    "description": "<p><span>TECHNICAL DIRECTOR</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Great Life Church, Spring Hill | Broadcast Director<br>Position Status: Full Time<br><em>Experience Required<br></em> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SUMMARY<br></span>This position will be key in leading the campus Production &amp; Media teams as well as the Broadcast through<span> </span><em>Steve Bilsborough Ministries</em><span> </span>in creating an atmosphere of worship with a spirit of excellence. Requires high levels of communication as well as knowledge and understanding of all areas of Audio, Video and Lighting, and Administration for Live Production. Excellence is pivotal and will require advanced planning and research for how to continually fine-tune all areas of production. As the Broadcast Manager, you should seek to be proactive instead of reactive, always anticipating potential problems and areas for improvement.<br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the growth and development of Steve Bilsborough Ministries through broadcast, Livestream, and live Prayer Center.</li>\n<li>Oversee the research and development of content, production of content, and production of presentations and materials for Steve Bilsborough Ministries and Great Life Church media.</li>\n<li>Operate Propresenter software and other presentation software.</li>\n<li>Operate Adobe programs such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.</li>\n<li>Contribute creative ideas to keep partners of Steve Bilsborough Ministries engaged and growing.</li>\n<li>Ensure all technical aspects of a service are prepared and operating properly.</li>\n<li>Maintain safe operation of all audio, video, and lighting systems across all campuses.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment in all booths, stages, and production workspaces.</li>\n<li>Attend and participate in service rehearsals, sound checks, and staff meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">QUALIFICATIONS<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n<li>At least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n<li>Ability to give leadership, inspiration, and structure to a growing media department.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Must be proficient with audio-visual equipment, computers, and presentation software.</li>\n<li>The ability to work independently, identify resources, and make independent decisions.</li>\n<li>Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead and train serving teams.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Motivated to acquire new technical skills and knowledge.</li>\n<li>Flexible hours for availability (including evenings and weekends).</li>\n<li>Positive, joyful attitude and professional image.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<br></span> <br><em>Physical Requirements<br></em>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
