Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently. Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area. Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and documentation. Maintain accurate records, files, and office databases. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with office organization and operational tasks to ensure efficiency. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external contacts. Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Proficiency with standard office software and administrative tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
