Merancang dan mengelola strategi pengembangan talent dan suksesi melalui program pembelajaran, pengembangan pekerja, dan retensi untuk memastikan ketersediaan talenta unggul yang mendukung pertumbuhan organisasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan arah strategis perusahaan.
Responsibilities
Mengarahkan dan memastikan keselarasan proses Talent Review Mapping (TRM) tahunan Melakukan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi (knowledge, skill attitude) talenta Merancang program pengembangan pekerja untuk mempersiapkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi pekerja yang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim HRBP dan user terkait untuk melakukan pemetaan suksesi jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang beserta dengan rencana pengembangannya Mengevaluasi dan mengukur keberhasilan program pengembangan talenta dan suksesi Mengelola pelaksanaan kebutuhan pengembangan karyawan
