This combination of leading-edge medicine and deep compassion for the people we serve has been a hallmark of PMC since 1952. &nbsp;PMC consists of over 130 providers, approximately 750 employees, and 16 locations.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Benefits to support you and your family:</em></strong></p><p>PMC is proud to support the total health and well-being of our team members so they can thrive personally and professionally. &nbsp;That&rsquo;s why, as part of the PMC team, you&rsquo;ll have a package of benefits that covers your health, well-being, family, and future. &nbsp;For more information regarding our benefits, click here to watch our <a href=\"https://flimp.live/Pinehurst-BO-Video-24\" target=\"_blank\">benefit video</a> or click here for our <a href=\"https://www.pinehurstmedical.com/about-us/careers/benefits\" target=\"_blank\">benefits overview</a> guide.</p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you do as a PMC Nurse Manager</strong></p><p>As a PMC Nurse Manager, you will serve as an essential part of the patient&rsquo;s experience by planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations within an assigned clinic/department to ensure quality patient care in the assigned department. &nbsp;Along with filling in the Registered Nurse role as needed due to staffing issues. &nbsp;This role would support primary care operations in Sanford, along with our Pinehurst North location.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>A day in the life of a PMC&nbsp;</em></strong><strong>Nurse Manager&nbsp;<em>may include:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Planning, organizing, and supervising nursing duties and providing leadership in complying with governmental, accreditation, and other regulations/requirements and with the policies set forth by Pinehurst Medical Clinic.</li><li>Assisting in the selection, training, monitoring, and evaluation of the departmental staff.</li><li>Supervising RN, LPN, CMA, or any other support staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Working within the scope of license, develop and implement a nursing plan of care for patients. &nbsp;Communicate the plan of care to patients as prescribed by the physician: &nbsp;test results, scheduling of specialized tests and treatment modalities, prescription drug instructions, and other patient education including procedures and/or disease processes.</li><li>Obtains, reviews, verifies, and/or completes health care forms related to home health care, referrals, medical equipment, and other patient/physician needs as appropriate.</li><li>Help maintain patient flow and workflow. &nbsp;Work collaboratively as a team member of the clinic staff to provide a high-quality and efficient service to patients and the clinic.&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in quality improvement team efforts, including meetings to discuss quality assurance improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assists with assigned special projects or accountabilities when other priorities are identified.</li><li>Being a key piece in the PMC mission by providing the highest quality of care to our patients and the communities we serve.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Required Qualifications</em></strong></p><ul><li>Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
