outstanding candidates from brokerages will also be considered.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven product management </span><span>skillset</span><span>, including strategy development and roadmap ownership.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to listen deeply, diagnose root business problems, and prioritize effectively — including confidently declining low-impact requests.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong commercial orientation, with experience </span><span>defining and </span><span>influencing pricing, positioning, and revenue outcomes.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience leading and developing high-performing </span><span>teams</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Technical fluency in trading infrastructure (connectivity, </span><span>execution</span><span> workflows, risk management, APIs, data pipelines) is a strong plus.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Comfort </span><span>and skill </span><span>in </span><span>speaking</span><span> at industry events</span><span> or interviews</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor</span><span>’s</span><span> Degree</span><span> in technical, hard science, or business fields</span><span>.  </span><span>Advanced degrees </span><span>are </span><span>a plus.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>",
