This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern ambulatory urgent care setting with strong clinical leadership and operational support.</p>\n<h3>Position Highlights</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, EKGs, and imaging</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform in-office procedures consistent with urgent care practice and scope of licensure</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary care teams</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure timely referrals, escalation of care, and coordination when clinically indicated</p></li>\n <li><p>Practice within a highly respected, physician-led organization</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program</p></li>\n <li><p>National certification as an NP (FNP or equivalent) or PA-C</p></li>\n <li><p>Active, unrestricted California license</p></li>\n <li><p>Current DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)</p></li>\n <li><p>BLS required; ACLS and PALS as applicable</p></li>\n <li><p>Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care experience required</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Organization Details</h2>\n<p>Sutter West Bay Medical Group is a premier, physician-led multispecialty group providing care throughout San Francisco.
