Veterans are encouraged to apply! </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Mitigation Project Managers:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Report to the Branch Manager. Manage the Mitigation Superintendent, Lead Technician, and laborers, providing continuous training and direction to team members.</li>\n<li><br>Manage mitigation activities for project roll-out, including creating work orders, scheduling jobs, requesting approvals from insurance adjustors, and scheduling start and completion dates.</li>\n<li><br>Work with Team Coordinator to execute administrative tasks, schedule inspections, and manage collections.</li>\n<li><br>Develop positive relationships with insurance agents, adjustors, customers, and vendors.</li>\n<li><br>Oversee divisional restoration and mitigations operations to ensure operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and employee safety.</li>\n<li><br>Ensure project personnel operate a safe job site per OSHA requirements and Apex policies and procedures.</li>\n<li><br>Assume primary responsibility for profit and loss on assigned projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please note, that if you are selected to be reviewed for the position, there are several steps in the pre-interview process. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accountabilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Skilled in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost management.</li>\n<li><br>Actively practice leadership abilities in leading the mitigation team.</li>\n<li><br>Lead the Mitigation team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n<li><br>Learn, implement, and maintain a thorough understanding of construction operations and procedures.</li>\n<li><br>Be trained in and use PSA, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and MICA Moisture Mapping.</li>\n<li><br>Obtain Xactimate Level 1 certification.</li>\n<li><br>Utilize server and cloud technology, including Xactimate, Microsoft Office, PSA project management/accounting, and document management.</li>\n<li><br>Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.</li>\n<li><br>Utilize knowledge of budgeting, approving order requests from the Superintendent, and achieve profit margins.</li>\n<li><br>Monitor performance data to anticipate, prevent, and solve problems.</li>\n<li><br>Inspect job site to establish initial scope of work. Confirm scope with the insured and adjustor.</li>\n<li><br>Field customer questions and lead team in problem resolution.</li>\n<li><br>Ensure team completes weekly vehicle inspection.</li>\n<li><br>Willing to work 48+ hours per week when needed.</li>\n<li><br>Be on call during catastrophic events.</li>\n<li><br>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Project management experience, preferably in the restoration industry.</li>\n<li><br>Mitigation experience.</li>\n<li><br>Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines.</li>\n<li><br>WRT certification in IICRC preferred.</li>\n<li><br>Knowledge of budgeting jobs, approving order requests, and achieving profit margins.</li>\n<li><br>Ability to lift 75 pounds and enter confined spaces and climb ladders.</li>\n<li><br>Maintain a clean and professional appearance.</li>\n<li><br>Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.</li>\n<li><br>Pass a background check and drug screening.</li>\n<li><br>No felony convictions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$55,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Eligible for commission after 90 days, possibly earning 50-100 % of base salary.</span></li>\n<li><br>Health/Vision/Dental/Aflac.</li>\n<li><br>Paid Time Off.</li>\n<li>9 paid holidays.</li>\n<li><br>Company vehicle and fuel card.</li>\n<li><br>Company laptop and phone.</li>\n</ul>",
