This role is critical to keeping the corrugator running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. We are looking for someone who has <strong data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"766\">worked hands-on with corrugators in a corrugated packaging environment</strong>&mdash;not general maintenance only.</p><h3 data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"816\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"1939\"><li data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"963\"><p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"963\">Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on <strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"892\">corrugator equipment</strong>, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.</p></li><li data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1111\"><p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1111\">Troubleshoot and repair corrugator-related issues such as drives, motors, gearboxes, belts, rollers, glue systems, steam systems, and controls.</p></li><li data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1203\"><p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1203\">Diagnose breakdowns under production pressure and restore equipment quickly and safely.</p></li><li data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1333\"><p data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1333\">Read and interpret <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1250\">corrugator schematics</strong>, electrical prints, pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams, and PLC-related documentation.</p></li><li data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1437\"><p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1437\">Work with <strong data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1434\">AC/DC drives, VFDs, servo systems, encoders, and PLC-controlled corrugator equipment</strong>.</p></li><li data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1531\"><p data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1531\">Perform root cause analysis on recurring corrugator issues and recommend long-term fixes.</p></li><li data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1592\"><p data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1592\">Document maintenance work accurately in the CMMS system.</p></li><li data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1705\"><p data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1705\">Partner with operations to improve corrugator reliability, uptime, and preventive maintenance effectiveness.</p></li><li data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1795\"><p data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1795\">Follow OSHA and Hood Container safety standards, including <strong data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1792\">Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)</strong>.</p></li><li data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1903\"><p data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1903\">(Preferred) Support vision systems, glue control systems, and automation tied to corrugator operations.</p></li><li data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1939\"><p data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1939\">Perform other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"1959\">What You Bring</h3><h4 data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"1997\">Required Experience &amp; Education</h4><ul data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2282\"><li data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2038\"><p data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2038\">High school diploma or GED required.</p></li><li data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2174\"><p data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2174\"><strong data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2172\">Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a corrugated packaging plant, with direct corrugator experience required.</strong></p></li><li data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2282\"><p data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2282\">OR a relevant technical degree, certification, or completed apprenticeship may substitute for experience.</p></li></ul><h4 data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2305\">Technical Skills</h4><ul data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2782\"><li data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2387\"><p data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2387\">Strong working knowledge of <strong data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2384\">corrugator mechanical and electrical systems</strong>.</p></li><li data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2449\"><p data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2449\">Proven ability to troubleshoot live production equipment.</p></li><li data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2520\"><p data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2520\">Solid understanding of electrical testing, meters, and schematics.</p></li><li data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2610\"><p data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2610\">Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled machinery.</p></li><li data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2725\"><p data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2725\">Comfortable using power tools and performing welding, basic fabrication, HVAC, and electrical troubleshooting.</p></li><li data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2782\"><p data-start=\"2728\" data-end=\"2782\">Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.</p></li></ul><h4 data-start=\"2784\" data-end=\"2817\">Physical &amp;
