    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span><br>We are seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior building repairs and maintenance. This role helps ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained while supporting the needs of our clients. The technician will also build positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and clients.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general building repairs and maintenance for interior and exterior areas</li>\n<li>Complete minor repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, doors, and hardware</li>\n<li>Perform exterior maintenance such as gutter repairs, power washing, minor roof repairs, and graffiti removal</li>\n<li>Conduct minor plumbing repairs including fixture replacement, leak repairs, and clearing drain lines</li>\n<li>Perform minor electrical tasks such as lamp and ballast replacement and basic troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Assist with basic HVAC maintenance including filter replacement, coil cleaning, and system inspections</li>\n<li>Coordinate with third-party vendors when specialized repairs are needed</li>\n<li>Accurately complete timecards and work orders in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>General maintenance or facilities experience preferred</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Plumbing experience preferred but not required</span></li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is helpful</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently</li>\n<li>Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills</li>\n</ul>",
