    "description_html": "<p><strong>Custodian – </strong>Full-Time (Hourly)</p><p><strong>Reports to </strong>Facilities Manager</p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work weekends based on project needs</p><p><strong>Status:</strong> Hourly</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>This position ensures the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities while supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in vocational training. The role combines hands-on maintenance with mentorship and organizational compliance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Facility Maintenance</strong></p><p>• Prepare workspaces daily (trash removal, furniture arrangement, surface cleaning)</p><p>• Perform routine cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies</p><p>• Clean windows, mirrors, and assist with meeting room setup/breakdown</p><p>• Relocate equipment/furniture and report damages or malfunctions</p><p>• Maintain grounds (grass, weeds, snow) and respond to emergency cleanups</p><p>• Travel between facilities as needed</p><p><strong>Supported Employment</strong></p><p>• Train individuals with I/DD on janitorial tasks</p><p>• Provide progress feedback to the Supported Employment department</p><p><strong>General Duties</strong></p><p>• Follow organizational policies and safety protocols</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and advocate for persons served</p><p>• Participate in training and committee work</p><p>• Supervise volunteers/interns and substitute for staff when needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>• &nbsp;One year of maintenance experience preferred</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></p><p>• Strong English communication, math, and organizational skills</p><p>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively</p><p>• Detail-oriented with interpersonal and driving skills</p><p>• Capable of lifting, bending, walking, and operating lift trucks</p><p><strong>Licenses &amp; Certifications</strong></p><p>• Valid driver’s license; minimum age 21<em><strong> ( personal vehicle required)</strong></em></p><p>• DSP certification within 4 months of hire (training provided)</p><p><br></p>",
